IPE

Ipé wood, typically native of South America is often used for outdoor wooden floors. Its color can vary from reddish brown to a more yellowish olive brown or darker blackish brown. Ipé is a very durable wood with an excellent rot resistance and weathering characteristics, combined with good dimensional stability, which makes it well suited for outdoor flooring applications.
