Blockboard is a panel product made up of a core of softwood strips approximately 25mm wide which are placed edge to edge and sandwiched between veneers of hardwood from fromager, poplar or beech. Blockboard is a product suitable for interior uses to manufacture such things as doors, tables, cabinets etc. However, in Cyprus, the consumption is very low and consequently our stocks are very limited. Double core blockboard 2250mm length x 1220mm width x 44mm thickness has recently gained popularity as it is increasingly used for the manufacture of door frames.

We normally keep in stock:

• Fromager veneered blockboard in 3100 mm length x 1850 mm width x 18 mm thickness
• Double core blockboard 2250 mm length x 1220 mm width x 44 mm thickness
• Double core blockboard 2440 mm length x 1220 mm width x 44 mm thickness
